How do I track my package?
Once you've been given a tracking number via email, you can track your order at, https://www.17track.net/ or http://track.4px.com/
For orders that have reached the USA, https://www.usps.com/
If your tracking number does not work, please enter it with the links above before emailing us.
Email support@leenji.com if you haven't received your tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on the country, shipping can cost between 8-18$ USD
Does LEENJI sell my info/data?
No. We collect your personal data to deliver a rich digital history experience that you love, not to sell it to third parties.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately by filling out a contact form or emailing us support@leenji.com. This must be done within 12 hours of your order or we may not be able to cancel your order and we may take a cancellation fee. If your order has been processed your order cannot be canceled.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3-4 business days (not including weekends), but please allow up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has dispatched. Depending on your destination, shipping takes about 7 - 14 days after the package has been shipped out, but due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 30 days before contacting us. During sales and peak season these times may be extended.
